"The battery is charged"

When I turned sixteen this guy up the road from me gave me a XC Ford panel van, which had a 4.3L six cylinder engine in it. One day when my sister and my dad went to the shops, I decided to see if it had any balls so I drove to the end of our road where it ends in a cul-de-sac. I revved it to about 2500 and dropped the clutch. It instantly stalled!! So I tried again, this time I revved it to about 5600 and dumped the clutch, but because I was very inexperienced and I didn't use the brake, and being on gravel the car whipped around the road like a wild beast. After nearly smashing into a light pole and being scared shitless, I decided to give it another go.

So later on that afternoon when my dad went out again, I told my sister that I was going to charge the battery in my car by revving the engine and she said "ok, but not on the road". So I said yeah ok, and I went onto the road anyway. This time that I went out I didn't notice that my sister had followed me out the driveway so I proceeded down the road and revved the beast to about 6700 and dumped the clutch and put my foot on the brake. Instantly the tires started to smoke and after about 5 seconds I took my foot off the brake, hoping that the car would move on, but for another 10 seconds it just sat still in its attempt to make a cloud, then it got traction and sped off.

Being a very still, windless day the smoke hung around for a while. After the first I decided a second one needed to be done so I went up to the end of the road and smoked em again but a gust of wind came and blew the smoke from the first one off the road and there, standing at my driveway was my sister!! I was busted hard so I said to her the battery is fully charged and I was just seeing if my brake lights work. She never bought the story and she called the police who confiscated my car!!! Anyway, see ya later, and have fun doing burnouts!!!
